Warranty and returns

Furniture designed and made by Birki carries a five-year warranty. Imported products carry a two-year warranty unless stated otherwise.

Contact us within 14 days to return an unused webshop purchase. Custom-made and special-order items are excluded from the standard return right. We assess warranty claims fairly and prioritise repair whenever practical.
